has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via

Germany, have exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 50% and 75%
threshold of the Voting Rights on December 15, 2014 and on that day
amounted to 100% (this corresponds to 153125000 Voting Rights).
